Most tires ship out of our warehouses located in PA and FL, while others ship directly from the tire manufacturer's warehouses in various locations throughout the USA. We'll ship the tires from the closest available warehouse to your address to ensure the fastest delivery times! Please contact us if you need to make a deadline and we'll work with you to make sure you receive your tires on time!

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can then contact the relevant carrier to provide them with additional information for the delivery of your parcel.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Tires must have never been mounted, and yes we CAN tell if they have or have not been mounted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
